Our menu has been exclusively designed by one of Glasgow’s best known fine dining chefs. He has used his experience of years in working around the world in some of the finest restaurants to create every dish from scratch using only the finest, fresh ingredients.

All our meats are either slow cooked for 10 hours, roasted, marinated, or confit cooked.
Our approach isn’t just about the food, we take a sustainable approach to packaging where possible using biodegradable cardboard and paper bags.
We pride ourselves on uniquely crafted sauces, tried and tested in our own kitchen to bring you dishes bursting with flavour.
